3ème Etoile Course
Can perform the different skating steps in a coordinated manner and appropriate to the skiing speed. (V1, V2, combined and diagonal stride).
Can complete a varied course using the classic techniques while in full control of his/her positioning of one ski and then the other during the sliding phases. Can complete a
series of turns with skis parallel, down the slope and when traversing can perform lateral sideslips, at an angle or with an uphill swing.
